Pricing is for coarse plaster applied smooth, incorporated primer, and two coats of plaster. Cost generally ranges about $25 per sq ft but can vary depending on application site and variations of color.

Coarse plaster applied smooth
A coarse plaster applied smooth can provide the effect of a humble texture with a hint to order, cleanliness and subtle sophistication. Variations can of course be applied at the customer’s request. Variations occur in aggregate size and the tightness of the smooth second layer. In addition, the area in which the second layer of smooth texture is applied can be less than 100% leaving openings to the rough underlay adding richness and movement.
